Located on the island of Honolulu, Hawaii, Catfish Corner, a vibrant and very popular food truck, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious catfish dishes to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook catfish and other menu items in accordance with Catfish Corner's recipes and quality standards.
2. Station Management: Manage your assigned cooking station efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of dishes during peak hours.
3. Quality Control: Maintain consistency in food quality by adhering to portion sizes, presentation, and flavor profiles.
4. Cleanliness: Follow hygiene and sanitation standards to keep the cooking area and equipment clean and organized.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
6. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, including ingredients and cooking techniques, and provide guidance to customers if needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
• Culinary Skills: Strong cooking skills, particularly in frying catfish and managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure during peak hours.
• Hygiene Standards: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
